Dr. Dan Atambo
Ph.D · P.E. · M.ASCE · Co-Founder & Chairperson
Dr. Dan Atambo is the Co-Founder and Chairperson of Texken International Resources and a licensed Professional Engineer registered with the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Surveyors. He holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, a master's degree in Environmental Engineering from Lamar University, and a bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. Dr. Atambo practices engineering in Texas and serves as an Adjunct Professor of Civil Engineering. Passionate about education and mentorship, he actively volunteers in engineering organizations, community initiatives, and church ministry, where he mentors and teaches children, youth, and young adults.

Assistant SecretaryAn accomplished nurse educator and college professor at Dallas College, Clementine holds a Master of Nursing and serves as a course lead providing academic leadership, curriculum oversight, and student mentorship. A recipient of the Daisy Extraordinary Educator of the Year Award, she is driven by a mission to improve health outcomes and empower underserved populations through education, mentorship, and service.
